Questions

What does it cost?

4% of the net ticket price, max. 50 CZK per ticket, only for events that took place, plus the add-on subscription of 300 CZK a month excl. VAT. Free tickets and tickets you issue by hand in the admin carry no commission.

When do I get the buyers' money?

Directly through your store's payment gateway, without waiting for the event to end. When the gateway pays out to your account depends on your contract with it.

What if I cancel the event or a buyer cancels?

Cancel the order in Shoptet and its tickets stop being valid. You pay nothing for cancelled tickets or events that did not take place.

How and when do I pay the commission?

Once a month you get one invoice for the previous month's events, due in 14 days. Businesses in other EU countries are invoiced under the reverse charge.

I'm not on Shoptet. How do I start?

Open a Shoptet store and install the add-on. We help you set it up on a free call.

How fast can I start selling?

As soon as you draw your venue and add the event as a product. For the first 20 organizers, we draw the venue for you.

What happens on event day?

You check guests in by scanning QR codes with a phone, no app needed. The first 20 organizers can call us that day.

What happens to sold tickets if sales are paused?

They stay valid and you check them in as usual. Only sales of new tickets for future events can be paused, for example over an unpaid invoice.
